FREE In-Training Workshop #4
Join Our FREE Progressive In-Training Program with the Mid-Pacific Road Runners Club
We’re excited to join forces with the staff at the Mid-Pacific Road Runners Club to offer this public training/run/fitness program to anyone who wants to train and prepare for our 8.15-mile race.
The program runs Sundays (beginning at 6:30AM to roughly 10:30AM) at Kapiolani Park Bandstand and throughout the surrounding streets:

The typical In-Training Workshop would include the following:
- Good Morning Talk
- Some Stretching
- Goal Setting Talk
- Break Out into 5-6 groups (with volunteer leaders in charge) based on speed; we’ll work towards building distance and speed over the various weeks.
- Return to the start, have some water, and say our goodbyes.
