FAQ's on Registration

Q: If I am 65 years old, and participate in a Presidents' 100 Club, do I donate $25 for senior rate or $35 for Presidents' 100 Club rate?
A: Your donation entry level is $25 :)

Q: Is my entry Donation Refundable?
A: The Great Aloha Run is a charitable organization and your entry donation is non- refundable and non-transferable.

The Great Aloha Run features the ChronoTrack D-Tag Chip Timing System. Each D-Tag contains a sensor which is read at the start and the finish line. The D-Tag transmits a signal which enables the computer to record your official “gun time” as well as your “net time” --- taking into account the actual time that you cross the start line.

In order to get a time, your D-Tag must be worn correctly. Timing D-Tag must be removed from your run number and attached to one of your shoes.

Most common reason you will not receive a time Your D-Tag must remain a circle (Do not flatten your D-Tag.) It must be worn on your shoe, nowhere else. Make sure that you have attached your D-Tag and not the instructions.

ONLY finishers receive a Finisher T-shirt. Size selection is final. If no size is selected on the entry form, the default size is an Adult Large. There are no refunds or other substitute t-shirts, if you, for whatever reason, are unable to complete the race. Finisher t-shirts are not awarded to stroller baby participants. You will receive your Finisher's T-shirt at the Aloha Stadium Finish Line.
Age on Race Day, February 16, 2015

Your entry donation includes eligibility for awards and random-draw prizes, t-shirt for finishers only, post-race refreshments and stadium entertainment. Some exclusions apply to stroller baby participants.

Your entry donation is non-refundable and non-transferable; the GAR Charities appreciate your donation.
