In Training Workshop - Need a little motivation in the mornings to get up and train for the 2015 Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run? Want to complete the GAR in a better finishing time then previous years? Would you like to learn a few new things about how to run more efficiently? Then you have came to the right place!! Keiki Run - Join us Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Neal Blaisdell Center for a 2 mile walk/run. Last year, 1,600 children and their families from over 100 schools raised over $30,000 to support their schools PE, nutrition education and physical activity.

High School Fitness Challenge - A weekend of fun activities geared towards building teamwork, youth fitness, school spirit and school pride! Each school has a chance to win money for their school!

Seniors Helping Seniors - Our Kupuna are invited to sign up for a free 2-hour computer class to learn basic computer concepts that include: e-mail, use of the internet, composing documents, and just having fun being comfortable with computers.
